Meet Lauren - Health/Fitness Coach
Hi! I’m Lauren, a passionate and certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition health coach, business coach, social media coordinator, fitness specialist, and entrepreneur, living life in Maui, Hawaii. I’m a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher and completed my training at a Baptiste Yoga affiliate studio in Fort Worth, Texas in 2017. I have a strong foundation in power vinyasa, and love to teach others yoga rooted in building strength, mobility, flexibility, and the power of breath and mindfulness.

I am also a certified level 1 STOTT Pilates instructor and Total Barre instructor with training from Pure Barre. The combination of these modalities creates an integrative approach to movement, alignment, and functional technique utilized in my classes and sessions.
I have truly found fulfillment in life by combining these passions, and feel it is my calling to support others to find + cultivate empowerment on their health journey. It is a joy to teach, guide, and be of service to others as they create the changes they wish to experience in life and take the steps forward towards achieving their goals. Meet Sanna -ADHD/Executive Functioning Coach
Hi! I am Sanna, your intuitive and insightful navigator of neurodiversity. As a coach, I draw not only upon my extensive background of over 20 years of social work experience; but my first hand experience of uniquely thriving and creatively achieving success utilizing my own ADHD superpowers. In addition, in 2023, I added to that a certification as an intuitive life coach, empowering me to fine tune my intuitive abilities and further impact others through transformative and empathic coaching.
