Hello, my name is Ashley Angheven. I am from Long Beach, California. I am a first-generation Latina and am the first in my family to pursue higher education. I’m a graduate student at William James College pursuing a Master in Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Development and Change. I previously completed my B.A. in Psychology. I have a strong interest in Organizational Development and Leadership, which drives me to be enthusiastic in learning more about Group Dynamics, Interpersonal Relationships, and Workplace Structures. At Myelinated Solutions, I will be focusing on improving the current mentoring program for future interns. The skills I am eager to apply during this internship year are my experience in problem-solving and team building. A few of my hobbies include baking, traveling, and love being a cat mom! Ms. Evita L. Smith is a certified Life and Leadership Coach with a heart for helping individuals live with purpose, resilience, and wellness. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, she is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Kingdom Seekers Community Church and brings a wealth of spiritual and leadership insight to her coaching practice.
Academically, she has completed degrees in Business Information Systems (DeVry University), a Master of Divinity (Candler School of Theology at Emory University), and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (Brenau University). Evita is currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership Psychology at William James College, further deepening her expertise in transformative leadership development. Additionally, she holds multiple coaching certifications, including Master Health and Wellness Coaching, Stress Management Coaching, Lifestyle Weight Management Coaching, and is a certified STRONG Nation® Instructor.
During her internship year at Myelinated Solutions, Evita will be contributing her organizational experience through various projects (2025 Intern).
