Myelinated Solutions, LLC wishes to acknowledge the longstanding history of police brutality and systemic racism on our communities. People of color, particularly the Black Community, are experiencing pain, fear, grief, and an exacerbation of the ongoing injustices of systemic racism and microaggressions in our country. Those who identify as allies may also be struggling with feelings of exhaustion, powerlessness, anger, and uncertainty.  

 

In an attempt to put forth a message of hope and a concerted effort for change, we encourage all to reflect on racism, and White privilege, including the ways in which all fields have promulgated injustices towards people of color. As individuals, we must consistently challenge ourselves to acknowledge our own biases and prejudices. In doing so, we can be better allies to communities of color.

 

As such, Myelinated Solutions, LLC is invested in empowering ALL people. In closing, we must hold ourselves accountable and negate complicity in behaviors that are counterproductive to communities of color.
