The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”.

Psychotherapists and coaches are both responsible for assisting their clients by listening and asking the right questions. Nonetheless, psychotherapy often addresses the past and consists of a diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, coaching focuses on the future, individual performance and goals. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Our coaching engagements for individuals typically last 3-6 months. However, individualized and on-going sessions are available. During the beginning, we define goals for the engagement and develop a plan to help us achieve them.

Absolutely! If you refer someone for a free sample session, and that referral signs up for a coaching program, we will offer you a free 45-minute coaching session.

We do not accept insurance. Most insurance plans do not cover coaching services. In terms of HSA/FSA, we recommend that you inquire with your employer/provider as select types of coaching (e.g. Health/ADHD) may be covered.

Yes - we do offer payment plans through a few payment portals. Please discuss this with us during your initial explore call.
